Luc Bourdon

He was a great hockey player, a loving boyfriend and an awesome friend. He was a gentleman to every one he met or walked past and he made sure that his charity was a success, he will be missed by all his fans, friends, family and his girlfriend. Kris Letang and Alex Burrows were very close to him and when he died they were devistated along with his girlfriend his team and the whole NHL, fans cried family cried and the NHL were shocked and devistated.

On May 29th, 2008 luc bourdon died in his hometown while he wa driving his new bike around when the bike started going out of control and he got hit by a tractor trailer and died almost instanly from the injuries that he had gotten, family and friends were torn when they found out the news that such a great player as him died from an accident that happened that day. Kris Letang took a few days off to go to luc bourdons funeral in New Bruinswick, he faught to get through the playoffs and when they made it to the stanley cup finals they lost unfortunately but they knew they had next year and when they got in the same position the following year they won the stanly cup and Kris claimed he wouldnt be here today if it was not for luc bourdon. to this day Lucs parents call kris after everygame congradulating him on his win or supporting him on his loss, before every game he has a moment to him self as a tribute to Luc, for Alex every time he scores he does the bow and arrow move which means hes shooting an arrow up to the sky for Luc.

he will be missed and loved for ever and Always will be a Canuck.

 Rick Rypien

He was a great friend a great hockey player a great family member and inspiring hero to little kids, he was unfortunatly found dead on August 15th 2011 in his home, cause of death was suicide. Rick Rypien was suffering from an illness called depression his well known friend Kevin Bieksa knew about his illness and was an ear for him but in his mind unfortunatly it seemed like it was enough and he took his own life. This is one of several symptoms that a person who has depression will go through but all any one can really do is sit there and listen and hope that the person will make it through.  he will be missed by every one and will always be in our hearts for ever and always.

 Tom Cavanagh

A great hockey player a good friend loved by family, found January 6 2011 death of suicide. He took his life because of the depression in his life, some people have the symptoms like this that cause them to do so and frankly there is nothing anyone can do that be an ear and hope that the words of guidance that we give to them will help them out. He will always be missed but now he is playing on gods team.

 Pavol Demitra

An amazing hockey player who was playing on a russian team called the Locomotive Yaroslavl. They were just taking off and they got 2 km away from the airport before it had a malfunction and crashed catching on fire and killing 43 people. Pavol Demitra who played for the Vancouver Canucks was unlucky to survive this disaster, no one is to really blame it was just gods way of saying that he needed Pavol Demitra up in heaven to comfort poor Luc Bourdon. He will be missed and always will be a Canuck no matter what.

Locomotive Yaroslavl Team

An unfortunate event happened September 7th 2011 when the Locomotive Yaroslavl team was heading to a game when the plane crashed 2 km away from the airport killing 43 people there was only 2 survivors, one being the Captain of the plane and the other being a player of the team they both had sever burns. Unfortunately 5 days later the player named Alexander Galimov died from how sever his burns were. This even affected a lot of people and especially the Vancouver Canucks. But the people who felt it the most were Evgeni Malkin the forward of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Captain Alexander Ovechkin forward of the Washington Capitals.
The Locomotive Yaroslavl team will be greatly missed and now they are in gods hands safe and sound. Forever and always amazing hockey players.
