Kevin Bieksa supports Rick Rypien........How he saved my life

If you watched the Vancouver Canucks game you saw the commercial that the canucks made about Rick Rypien
Rick Rypien......A fellow friend and a player of the Vancouver Canucks, a best friend to Kevin Bieksa.
Kevin Bieksa and Rick Rypien were the best of friends they told each other every thing spent all their time together and made sure that each other were ok........But Rick left one thing hidden from his best friend that he wanted to let the world and his friends know, Rick Rypien's death was caused by depression and he had a sever case of it. Rick suffered from depression but didn't let any one know about it he planned on doing it but his depression led him to death and he never got to tell his story or show the world that you can speak out about it.
Kevin Bieksa and the Vancouver Canucks made a website for Rypien.....the website is called Mind Check it was created for people who may have depression to look and see that they are not the only ones out there and that they can speak out with out any fear knowing that there is people behind them to support them through it all, If you think you may have depression click the Mood and Stress link then click take the Mood Test, once you are done the test click on a links under your results that you feel works for you.
If you want to help support the people who are silent about their problems or are a person moving through with these problems add your voice along with Kevin Bieksa, one person can change your life if you just reach out and speak about your problems.
If it wasn't for Kevin Bieksa i wouldn't have found the site and found out that i myself have sever depression i used the site because i noticed i was down more lately and wasn't feeling so good and got angry fast, after i got my result i clicked on get support and now i am talking to a therapist and feeling better than before. i told my friends and family and had to show that see its not hard or crazy to tell people that you have depression the worst that could happen is that 1 person doesn't support you and usually they themselves are depressed or are ignorant, chances are if you speak out you will be supported 99.9%
If i could give Kevin Bieksa a hug thanking him for showing there is a website that can help you out i would, i mean i spent hours and hours looking on the website trying to find a page that would help me out to find if i was depressed and all it took was me to watch the canucks game and log on to my computer go to the website and take the test, the best part was the test took me less than 5 minutes to complete the test and even less to find help near me.
Don't forget that one person can save your life just by you talking to them.
